Valuation math and technical software setups can be intimidating. By strictly limiting the class to 30 participants, our Lead Lecturer, Sir Cesar E. Santos (who has over 31 years of experience and serves as a BIR Zonal Value Technical Committee Member), along with our dedicated staff, has the undivided time to walk up to your desk, check your computations, and review your reports personally
You will learn to draft a comprehensive, legally defensible Narrative Appraisal Report. You will be guided on how to properly structure the Transmittal Letter, the Valuation Computations, the Appraiser’s Certification, and the critical “Assumptions and Limiting Conditions” to protect your license from legal liabilities
Yes! You are heavily encouraged to bring your own laptop. You will practice computer lot plotting, AI integration, and report formatting. To maximize your experience, FREE high-speed WiFi and unlimited charging stations are provided.
