CES Academy is offering a license renewal service that represents the real estate practitioner on their behalf in securing documents and requirements until the renewed license is released

All these multi-tasking come with the profession. However, if our HLURB and PRC licenses are not renewed, all efforts to succeed and attain our goals will bethrown out to waste. Failing to adhere to the rules governing us is actually an impediment in our real estate careers.
Our licenses are our symbol of legitimacy and professionalism.
We must not take it for granted.
SUBMIT COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS
- Certification for (
45)15-hours/units worth of Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD) from a PRC-registered service provider, like CES Academy - Photocopy of PRC License/ID (front/back)
- One (1) passport sized picture
with name tag (for PRC)
HLURB Requirements: - Two (2) 2×2 sized picture (white background with name tag)
- Certificate Of Registration (for new application)
- Original HLURB ID (for renewal)
- Certification for 15-hours/units worth of Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD) from a PRC-registered service provider, like CES Academy
- Photocopy of PRC License/ID (front/back)
- One (1) passport sized photo
with name tag (for PRC)
PAY THE
PROCESSING FEE
For a fee of P7,250.00, we will be processing your PRC & HLURB licenses on your behalf. It will cover the following;
• PRC renewal fees
• documentary stamp
• notarization
• surety bond application
• Delivery (via courier)
• Our SERVICE FEE & other misc. expenses
Finally,
WAIT FOR YOUR LICENSE!
CES ACADEMY will process everything else!
We will deliver to you your documents and your NEWLY RENEWED LICENSE via LBC.
How long does it take to renew our license
thru the Ease Program?
The turnaround time for renewal of licenses
is at least 2 weeks.
